Refund policy

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item you received is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at indigos2002@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can review the matter and resolve it as quickly as possible.

To be eligible for a return due to a defect:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • It must be unused

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Items returned without prior contact and approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved due to a defective item, we will provide you with instructions for the return process. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
